In the Exercise.com Workout Software Platform, you can easily create Superset workout plans that help your clients train efficiently by combining multiple exercises back-to-back without rest. This guide explains what a superset is and how to create superset workout plans using your Exercise.com for Business account.
A superset, also known as a circuit, is a combination of two or more exercises for which you complete the set for the first exercise, and then move immediately on to the sets for the next exercise without taking a break in between. When all of the reps for set 1 are completed, rest for the amount of time specified in your workout plan. After resting, begin set 2 of all the exercises in the superset. Continue until you have completed all the sets for each exercise in the superset.
