This guide will show how to track cash, check and other payment refunds.

1. Clients

Navigate to the “Clients” tab on the menu.

Access the client’s “Payment Details” section.

Go to the “Charges” tab.

Click on more options for a transaction. The option to refund a cash, check or other payment type is available.

7. Enter Refund Amount

Enter the amount to be refunded.

Access the “Refund Notes” section.

Confirm and process the refund.

The ability to delete these payments are also available. Select “Delete” from the list of options.
