Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to review the tax data sent to QuickBooks for every transaction when the platform is connected to QuickBooks.

This guide will walk you through the process of reviewing the tax data sent to Quickbooks for every transaction.

1. Account

Navigate to the “Account” section.

2. Connected Apps

Access the “Connected Apps” tab from the expanded menu.

3. Validate Stripe Connection

Validate the connection to your Stripe account.

4. Validate QuickBooks Connection

Locate and click on the connected QuickBooks account.

5. Quickbooks Account

From QuickBooks, click on the account.

6. Select Transactions

In the left sidebar menu, go to “Transactions”.

7. Click on Chart of Accounts

Select “Chart of Accounts”.

8. Chart of Account – Run Report

Go to the chart of account you mapped the package to. And then click on “Run Report” on the correct chart of account.

9. Uncategorized Income – Run Report

If you didn’t map the package to any chart of account, then it will show up in “Uncategorized Income”. Click on “Run Report”.

10. Select Transaction

Select the transaction you’d like to review.

Review the transaction details.
