Here’s how to set up subscription renewal reminders in your gym management software, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard.

Click Automations to open the automation settings and manage your workflows.

Click the Create New Automation dropdown field and select the specific automation you want to create.

Enter and customize the subject line and message content. You can add the following variables in your message: {name} and {location}. These will be replaced with the actual values in the message. Click the Save button to save your automation.
