How to Send a Receipt from Point of Sale View

In this guide, you’ll learn how to send a receipt from the Exercise.com Point of Sale (POS) view so you can easily email or print receipts for customers after completing a purchase.

1. Continue as a Guest.

If a customer is not logged in, they can continue as a guest when purchasing through the POS or kiosk.

2. Select the Products.

Click each product to add it to the purchase.

Select the products to include in the purchase.

3. Click Checkout.

Click Checkout to move forward and complete the purchase process.

4. Enter the Customer’s Information.

Fill out the required fields with the customer’s first name, last name, and email address.

5. Toggle the Send Receipt? Option.

Switch the Send Receipt? toggle to On to enable receipt sending via email.

6. Save the Guest Information.

Click Save & Close to save the guest details and confirm receipt delivery settings.

7. Confirm the Receipt Has Been Sent.

Once saved, a confirmation message will appear to indicate that the guest’s information and receipt have been successfully processed.
