1. Account

Navigate to the “Account” section.

2. Trainers

Select the Trainers tab from the expanded menu.

3. Search or Select Trainer

Search or select the specific trainer whose permissions you want to adjust.

4. Permissions

Access the “Permissions” tab.

5. Tasks

On the Permissions page, locate the section labeled “Tasks” and choose which tasks this staff member can clock in for. Please note that “Time Tracking” must be enabled for your platform to see the following options. Contact customer support to turn on this feature.

6. Select Tasks

Select specific tasks for the trainer. You can remove a task by clicking the remove icon, and add it back if needed.

7. Save Staff Member

Click “Save Staff Member” button to save the changes to update the trainer’s permissions.

8. Clock

Log in using the trainer’s account that has an updated task. On your dashboard page, click the clock icon to clock in or out.

9. Task List

Select the “Task” dropdown list.

10. View Specific Task

Able to view specific task for the trainer.

12. Time Card

Select “Time Card” tab where you can also clock in and out.

13. Options

Find the trainer with updated tasks and click on the three dot menu for more options.

14. Clock In

Click on the “Clock In” option.

Select the “Task” dropdown list.

Able to view specific task for the trainer.
