To select a new package or group when updating a client’s active subscription within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
This tutorial guides you through updating subscription plans and payment details for package and group memberships.
1. Main Navigation
Begin by clicking the main navigation area to access the primary menu.

2. Accounts
Select the “Accounts/Clients” tab to view and manage user accounts and their subscription details.

3. Select Client
Click on the client.

4. Payment Details
Go to the “Payment Details” section to review current subscriptions and payment information.

5. Subscriptions
Under subscriptions, click for more options on a package subscription

6. Change Payment Plan
Choose the “Change Payment Plan” option to modify the existing subscription settings.

7. Update Package Field
Click on the “Update Package” field to access package list.

8. Select New Package
Select a new package from the list.

9. Payment Plan
Click on the “Payment Plan” field.

10. Select New Payment Plan
Select a new payment plan from the list.

11. Date Picker
Click the calendar button to bring up the date picker.

12. Select Date
Select the scheduled date for the subscription update to take effect.

13. Update Payment Plan
Click “Update Payment Plan” to finalize and save the changes to the subscription.

14. Upgrade Scheduled
You should nowsee the “Upgrade Scheduled” notice on the subscription.

15. Payment Details
Access the “Payment Details” tab again.

16. Group Subscription
This time, click for more options on a group subscription.

17. Change Payment Plan
Select “Change Payment Plan” to modify the group subscription settings.

18. Update Group
Click on the “Update Group” field.

19. Select Group
Choose a new group to update the group subscription to.

20. Update Payment Plan
Click on the “Update Payment Plan” field.

21. Select New Payment Plan
Select a new payment plan from the list.

22. Date Picker
Click on the calendar to bring up the date picker.

23. Select Date
Select the scheduled date for the subscription update to take effect.

24. Update Payment Plan
Click “Update Payment Plan” to save the updated group membership subscription.

25. Upgrade Scheduled
View the Upgrade notification to review scheduled upgrades.

26. Payment Details
Go back to “Payment Details” to view the current payment plans for the selected user.

27. Updated Package Details
After the scheduled change date, notice the updated package details.

28. Updated Group Details
After the scheduled change date, notice the updated group membership details.

You have successfully updated and scheduled changes to package and group subscription plans.
