Learn how to assign new assessments, complete them, and review detailed results to effectively track client progress.
1. Menu
Access the main menu.

2. Accounts
Click the “Accounts” tab to view the list of client accounts available for management.

3. Select a Client
Click on the client name you want to manage.

4. Assessments
Within the client profile, click the “Assessments” tab to manage and review assessments assigned to this client.

5. Search Completed Assessments
Navigate to the appropriate section where you can assign or manage assessments for the client.

6. Assign New Assessment
Click o “Assign New Assessment” to begin the process of adding a new assessment for this client.

7. Select an Assessment or Sequence
Click the dropdown labeled “Select an assessment or sequence” to view available assessments.

8. Select Assessment
Choose an assessment from the list to assign it to the client.

9. Select Option
Choose to enable the following options: “Send reminders until client completes assessment(s)” and/or “Unassign after client completes assessment(s)”.

10. Assign
Click the “Assign” button to confirm and assign the selected assessment to the client.

11. Complete Assessment
Click on the”Complete Assessment” button.

12. Assessment and Sequence List
Click on the dropdown.

13. Select Assessment
Select the assessment you want to complete.

14. Complete Assessment
Click the “Complete” button to be taken to the assessment.

15. Fill in Assessment
Fill in the Assessment. Enter all necessary information to continue.3

16. Submit Assessment
Click the “Submit” button to save all entered information and submit the assessment for the client.

17. More Options
View more options for completed assessments by clicking on the three dot menu back on the completed assessments list.

18. Assessment Options
You can select from the following options: view assessment, edit assessment, download as CSV or delete assessment.

You have successfully assigned, completed, and reviewed client assessments within the Client Tab.
