How to Set the Maximum Active Subscribers in a Package

With Exercise.com’s membership management tools, you can control package access by setting limits on active subscribers. This guide will show you how to set the maximum number of active subscribers in a package.

1. Schedule

Click the arrow menu next to the Schedule tab to open additional tabs.

2. Packages

Click “Packages” to open the list of available packages. Select the one where you want to set a maximum subscriber limit.

3. Create or Edit a Package

Create a new package or edit an existing one where you want to set maximum subscriber for a package.

4. Advanced Settings

In Advanced Settings, find the “Max Active Subscribers” field. Enter the maximum number of active subscribers. Once the limit is reached, the package will automatically be marked as “Not Public.”

5. Save Your Changes

Scroll down and click the “Save Package” button to apply your changes.

By setting a maximum number of active subscribers, you can manage package availability, avoid over-enrollment, and ensure a better client experience.
