How to Set the Account Search Options for Your Kiosk

This guide will walk you through how to set the account search options for your kiosk in your Exercise.com for Business platform. To learn more about point-of-sale tools, see the Point of Sale feature.

1. Access Account Section

Click the arrow menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

2. Select Point of Sale

Scroll down and click Point of Sale to open the Point of Sale configuration area.

3. Configure the Kiosk Account Search Option

Under Settings, use the dropdown menu to choose your preferred Kiosk Account Search option.

4. Select a Kiosk Account Search Method

Choose how you want to search for kiosk accounts:

• Search by Name – find accounts using the user’s name.
• Search by Email Address – find accounts using the user’s email.
• Search by Phone Number – find accounts using the user’s phone number.

5. Save Configuration Changes

Click Save Changes to apply and save your kiosk account search settings.

You’ve successfully updated your kiosk account search options. Now your kiosk users can find their accounts by name, email, or phone for faster check-ins.
