How to Filter Messages by Group

This guide will walk you through how to efficiently filter messages by group.

1. Access Messages

To filter messages by group, simply click the “Messages” tab.

2. Select Group Filter

To filter messages by group, click the Group Filter.

3. View Groups

Click the dropdown menu to view the full list of groups.

4. Select Group

To filter messages, select a group from the list.

5. View Filtered Messages

See the messages based on your selected filter.

6. Click Unread

To see only unread threads from a specific group, apply both the Unread filter and the Group filter.
