How to Deprioritize a Package Getting Assigned to Existing Visits

This guide will walk you through the process of deprioritizing a package from being assigned to existing visits.

1. Schedule

Click the Schedule tab to reveal the additional options beneath it.

Click 'Account'

2. Packages

Click on the packages tab.

Click 'Packages'

3. Edit Package

Locate a package and click the edit icon.

Click the edit icon

4. Deprioritize Package

Scroll down, go to advanced settings and select the “Deprioritize Package” checkbox. If enabled, this package will be deprioritized when applying to visits and package limit restrictions.

Click 'Deprioritize Package?'

5. Save Package

Click the save package button to save the changes made to the package.

Click 'Save Package'
