This guide explains how to configure and use the color coding options for sessions on the calendar within the Advanced Settings of a service.
Color coding helps trainers and staff quickly identify the status of sessions at a glance — such as whether attendees have checked in, whether all have checked in, or whether check-ins occurred without using a package.
By following the steps in this guide, you’ll learn how to:
Additionally, examples are provided to illustrate how each color option appears in practice.
In the Schedule tab, select Services, then create a new service or edit an existing one.
After creating a new service, in the Basic Information section, select “Class” as the type from the dropdown list.
Click “Show Advanced Settings” to reveal and access additional configuration options.
When Advanced Settings is displayed, you will be able to modify the color coding options for sessions on the calendar. These settings let you choose specific colors based on session and attendee check-in status, making it easier to visually identify different scenarios at a glance. You will see three new color options:
Once the service and its Advanced Settings have been configured, click “Save Service” to apply and save your configuration. The service will now reflect your selected options, including any color coding, on the calendar.
For example, when the “Any Checked-In but Not Used by Package Color” is set to red, any session on the calendar where at least one attendee is checked in without using a package will display in red. This helps you quickly identify sessions where attendees have checked in but their package was not applied.
For example, when the “All Checked-In Visit Color” is set to green, any session on the calendar where all attendees have checked in will display in blue. This lets you quickly see which sessions are fully checked in.
For example, when the “Any Checked-In Visit Color” is set to yellow, any session on the calendar where at least one attendee has checked in (even if others have not) will display in orange. This helps you identify sessions that have started receiving check-ins.
By enabling color coding for your sessions, you enhance your calendar’s clarity and organization. This feature not only helps you identify different types of appointments quickly but also boosts your productivity by making your scheduling process more efficient and visually appealing.
