With Exercise.com’s Workout Plan Creator, you can easily manage each client’s workout calendar. This allows you to update schedules and workouts without republishing an entire plan. This tutorial walks you through the steps.
Click “Accounts” to access your account options and start managing your calendar.

Search for or select a client whose calendar you want to manage.
Click the three-dot menu to access a client’s workout calendar.
Click “View Calendar” to open the calendar overview and view your scheduled workouts. If you prefer, you can also create workouts individually by adding them directly to the calendar.
Click “Build Workout” to start creating a new workout plan for your calendar.
Click the edit button to rename your workout then choose exercises you want to include.
Click the Back icon to return to the calendar view.
You can also build a workout directly from the calendar view.

Click the Import icon to import a plan.
Click “Import Plan” to import any workout plan you have created.

Search for the plan you want to import in the calendar.
When importing a plan, you can choose the start date and scheduled workout days. Additional options are also available: require workout logging before moving on, repeat the plan, notify the client, or assign the plan directly.
Click “Add to Calendar” to place the selected workout plan onto your calendar.
If you need to adjust the schedule after importing the plan, drag and drop workouts to rearrange them. You can also create workouts one at a time or copy workouts from other days on the calendar.
You can bulk manage workouts by selecting multiple workouts and choosing an action: Delete, Move, or Copy to a specified date or client.
Click the “Manage Client” icon to manage the client’s account.
Select “Workouts,” then “Calendar Plans,” and click “Remove Plan.”

Click “Remove” to delete the plan from the client’s calendar.
