Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to view detailed event logs for your clients.
Click the “Clients” tab to view event logs of specific client.
You can either search or select a specific client to review their activity logs.
Click the “Events” tab to view the client’s detailed event logs.
When a session has been booked, an event will be logged. The log will display whether the session was booked by the client or by the trainer. To quickly find specific events, use the search feature on the Events page.
When a visit has been cancelled, an event will be logged showing the date and time the user canceled. To quickly find specific events, use the search feature on the Events page.
You can also see appointment reminders sent to the client via automations. The event will show the appointment reminder and how the notification was sent. To quickly find specific events, use the search feature on the Events page.
When the trainer changes a visit status, the logged event will display as updated visit status for the user. To quickly find specific events, use the search feature on the Events page.
When a user is added to a session waitlist, an event log will be created to show the session, date and time. To quickly find specific events, use the search feature on the Events page.
By utilizing the Detailed Event Logs feature, you can gain insights into your client’s activities and track any changes made.
