In this guide, you’ll learn how to change a customer’s payment method in the Exercise.com Point of Sale (POS) view so you can efficiently update payment details and process transactions.
Click Select Account to begin changing the payment method for a customer.
Use Search Account to locate the customer whose payment method you want to update.
Type the customer’s name to quickly locate their account.
Click the customer’s name in the results list to open their account.
Click the product to view or update its payment details.
Click the current payment option, such as a Visa card, to see available payment methods.
Choose a different saved payment method or add a new one as needed.
Click Swipe Card or follow the on-screen prompt to add a new card payment method.
Once the new payment method is selected, click Checkout to complete the transaction.
Click Close to exit the POS view after completing the payment method update.
