With Exercise.com’s marketing tools, you can assign tags like purchases, group memberships, and products to users in Intercom—similar to Mailchimp’s tagging system. This helps improve segmentation and communication. Follow the steps below to get started.
Click the “Sign Up” button to begin creating an account.
Complete all required fields, then click the “Sign Up” button to finish registration.
Log in to Intercom, then use the search bar to find and select the client who has opted in.
Click “See 2 more” to expand additional user information and view available tags.
You can now see the “Opted In” tag applied at sign-up.
Click “Add New Client” to create a new client profile in the system.
Complete all required fields, then click the “Save” button.
Go back to Intercom, then search for and select the client you added.
Click “See 2 more” to expand additional user information and view updated tags.
You can now see the “Opted Out” tag applied.
Go to Intercom and view all user tags, including purchases, group memberships, packages, or products. Tags update automatically based on user activity. You can also remove tags by issuing a refund or manually deleting them.
You have successfully assigned tags in Intercom, similar to Mailchimp’s system. This ensures accurate segmentation for purchases, memberships, and products, helping you personalize communication and track client activity.
